Negombo is a coastal city located on the western coast of Sri Lanka, just a short distance from the capital city of Colombo. It is a popular tourist destination, known for its beautiful beaches and Lagoon, vibrant culture, and convenient proximity to the Bandaranaike International Airport.

Sigiriya
Sigiriya, also known as the Lion Rock, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the central Matale District of Sri Lanka. It is a renowned ancient fortress and archaeological site that attracts visitors from around the world.
The highlight of Sigiriya is the rock itself, rising 200 meters above the surrounding landscape. The rock is a massive rock plateau topped by the ruins of the ancient palace complex. At the base of the rock, visitors are greeted by the famous lion paw entrance, which once featured a colossal lion statue.
As you ascend the rock, you’ll encounter the Sigiriya frescoes, a series of ancient paintings dating back over a thousand years. These frescoes depict celestial maidens and are considered some of the finest ancient art in Sri Lanka.

The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is the most revered Buddhist temple in Sri Lanka which you will be visiting in Kany. It houses a tooth relic of the Buddha and is considered a sacred pilgrimage site. Visitors can witness traditional rituals and ceremonies performed at the temple and admire its stunning architecture and intricate woodwork.

Offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and tea estates, Little Adam’s Peak is a popular hiking destination in Ella. The hike to the summit is relatively easy, making it accessible to all fitness levels. The sunrise and sunset views from the peak are particularly spectacular.
The Nine Arch Bridge is an architectural marvel located near Ella. Built during the British colonial era, this picturesque bridge is made entirely of bricks, rocks, and cement, without any steel. You can witness the charm of the train passing over the bridge, adding to the scenic beauty of the area.

Yala
It’s a 4-hour drive to Yala after breakfast, but no worries, pit-stops are allowed and certainly, necessary!
Yala National Park is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including the highest density of leopards in the world. The park’s leopard population is one of its major attractions, and you have a good chance of spotting these elusive creatures. Have your camera ready. Other animals that can be spotted in Yala include elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles, sambar deer, spotted deer, wild boar, and a rich diversity of bird species.
Yala is a paradise for birdwatchers, with over 200 bird species recorded in the park. Endemic and migratory bird species can be spotted, including the Sri Lankan junglefowl, painted stork, black-necked stork, great thick-knee, and many more. The park’s varied habitats provide ample opportunities for bird enthusiasts to spot and photograph these feathered creatures.

Mirissa Beach is the main attraction of the town, offering a stunning stretch of golden sand fringed by swaying palm trees. The beach is known for its calm and clear waters, making it ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and leisurely strolls along the shore. The picturesque sunsets at Mirissa Beach are particularly enchanting.
Between November and April, you have the opportunity to spot magnificent marine creatures such as blue whales, sperm whales, and dolphins. We will be taking you on thrilling excursions into the ocean to witness these gentle giants in their natural habitat.
